Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available for U.S. States and Territories.

Shipping time Frame 

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after purchase.  

 

Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days with ground shipping.

Shipping Rate 

Orders of $50 or more, free ground shipping will apply.

For orders of less than $50, ground and express shipping rates will be available at checkout.

Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@yourstrulycandleco.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

****Please note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information are critical to ensuring delivery. Yours Truly Candle Co. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
